Senior Stakeholder & Communications Manager A world recognised Financial Services Institute are recruiting for a Senior Stakeholder & Communications Manager to work alongside Service Delivery (global) and service management teams to comprehend business/service issues and translate the current business strategy into a communications strategy. You will be required to develop plans which fulfil the comms strategy and manage full delivery of communications to agreed time schedules and budget. As the Stakeholder and Comms Manager you will be responsible for stakeholder Mgt at senior levels and will work as a valued member of the leadership team, with huge involvement in developing business strategies, plans and materials as well as working across the Global Service Delivery Teams. The successful candidate will scope out and design all formal communication requirements that have any impact amongst stakeholders and develop internal communication strategies. As a senior member of the organisation you will strongly influence and manage channel strategy, incorporate brand values and develop the communications strategy at senior levels. Experience of channel strategy/management and audience segmentation is essential together with being fully conversant in the ITIL disciplines. You will also possess a strong proven track record of influencing relationships up to Director level.
