Service Readiness Manager A leading Financial Services Organisation is recruiting for a Service Readiness Manager. The role is very much service focused and will bring together service management, operations and design expertise throughout the whole project lifecycle. You will work to consistent ITIL processes and be required to establish relationships across the organisation and various business areas in order to successfully deliver service oriented projects. One of the main roles responsibilities is to provide service management expertise into the project life cycle in order to develop operational and cost-effective systems. The successful candidate will work very closely with Project Managers to produce detailed plans of service readiness activities and work as part of the project team to make sure that all non functional requirements are considered as well as working with the service designer to produce service design/analysis and operational readiness confirmation. It is essential that you have experience of planning, arranging and controlling meetings and workshops to facilitate smooth transitions between the project and BAU. It will be your responsibility as Service Readiness Manager to ensure that all service requirements are baselined. Pre requisites for the role include good knowledge of business change processes and a broad understanding of service/supplier management processes, acceptance and integration processes and an excellent grasp of project and change management processes.
