Service Desk Analyst We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader for a service desk analyst to be based at their HQ in Scotland. You will join an already existing 1st line support team and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Main responsibilities of this role include, liasing with 2nd and 3rd line departments, maintain and improve 1st line practices and accurately resolve customer related issues. The successful candidate must have proven ability to pick up knowledge of new products and have a genuine interest and understanding of service management/ITIL. This role will involve you to be flexible also as out of hours work maybe required.
