Senior Solution Design Architect - Hampshire - up to £50k plus car allowance and excellent benefits. A Solution Design Architect with proven Microsoft Windows 2003 and XP design skills required to join a team to produce overall solution designs for both bids and delivery projects, and to generate more detailed designs covering part of the overall solution (e.g. secure windows architectures, security products and gateways, system management and or content management). To be considered for this role you will be a highly competent Microsoft Windows 2003, XP designer with proven experience with security clamped environment and Group Policy architecture. You will have gained prior exposure to Pre-sales in terms of bid, proposal, technical design review, presentation, demos and workshops, and have experience in one or more of the following: Directory Services (e.g Active Directory), Messaging (e.g. MS Exchange), Storage Management, Virtualisation, Security (e.g. standards, procedures, products, firewalls, content sweepers etc), System and Service Management solutions and/or Content Management solutions. MCSE and/or ITIL Foundation certification would be highly desired for this role, as would any experience of a recognised design method and/or project management method.
