ITIL Service Management Consultant ITIL Service Management Consultant. We are recruiting a number of ITIL Service Management Consultants for our client based in Scotland. This role is within their best practice division, therefore experience of this area is essential. You must also have proven experience in bid work, pre sales etc. You must have the Managers Certificate in ITIL (Red Badge) and have been working in service management for 3 years. We are recruiting at Senior and Principal Consultant levels. The Role Briefly Comprises Of The Following Responsibilities: Full service design overviews in conjunction with a team of Solutions Architects, service reviews, assisting at bid stage in conjunction with the account management team Account Director. Prerequisites for this role are excellent consulting skills, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to converse effectively at all levels. In return you can expect a structured and methodical approach to developing you as an individual through internal training courses and external education courses.
