ITIL Solutions Consultant A leading ITSM consultancy is recruiting for an ITIL solutions consultant who can emphasise to their customers, the value of ITSM solutions and processes to improve the efficiency of IT and the Business itself. You will be required to present the organisations services and technologies to customers as well as liase with service partners to ensure effective transition from pre to post sales and support sales colleagues. Other responsibilities of your role will be to give advice to account managers in sales planning, develop and deliver customer presentations and identify financial and business benefits gained through implementing ITIL based solutions. It is essential that you possess minimum, ITIL foundation certificate and have experience in presenting software applications. Service Management experience is also a pre requisite, preferably in a solution capacity. The successful candidate will have a proven record in a sales environment, ideally from a software vendor or similar and have extremely strong customer facing skills as you will be required to deliver to large diverse audiences.
