ITIL Consultant - Red Badge Essential We are currently recruiting on behalf of a consultancy/training management services organisation for Red badge qualified ITIL consultants. The role is split with 80% being ITIL consultancy and 20% being focused around training other consultants on ITIL methodologies. Main responsibilities of the role include generating revenue by lecturing and consulting, support internal departments with specialist ITIL advice and achieve required targets given. Experience in training and consultancy is highly desirable but not essential. 10 years minimum in service management arena is essential as well as manager/practitioner certification Please call for more details.
