Customer Support Manager A leading ITSM Solutions organisation is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to manage a very busy customer support team. This is a senior role and you will be the main point of contact for customer satisfaction queries. Ideally, the successful candidate will have come from a software vendor or similar and be used to working to strict deadlines and timescales. Main role responsibilities include team management/coaching, experience of problem/change/incident management and own, monitor and support customer support KPIs. It is essential that you have a good understanding of IT infrastructures, software development processes and have experience of supporting client server and web based applications. Strong proven experience in a customer support management capacity is essential.
