A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this market leading consultancy as CLAS Consultant. In this role you will be working on large assignments, either governmental or commercial. This is a senior position, and the successful applicant will be someone who is CLAS certified and has extensive practical experience operating in IT service provision, a considerable amount of which will have been in a security role. SC clearance (or willingness to undertake) is mandatory, DV clearance is desirable. As a CLAS Consultant you will have a good understanding of design and operation of security controls for protectively marked environments in government. The successful applicant will need to have knowledge of Government security standards, strong understanding of industry best practice on security issues, excellent understannding of enterprise level security architectures and the components that underpin these, excellent technical skills, and experience in designing secure solutions in central government up to restricted level. The role demands an innovative approach to design and the ability co-ordinate with core services staff and third parties to derive the most cost effective and supportable design.
